Veteran broadcast personality Hunter Finnell has chosen LMA to produce a series of television shows. 

The new show, "Around Carmel with Hunter Finnell" focuses on the many wonders in Carmel-By-The-Sea, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and the surrounding communities.



Stage Rental PDF 

Our stage is equipped and configurable for any audio or video project.

  • The Highest Industry Ethics (we don't steal clients you bring to our stage - never have, never will)
  • Available "dry" (BYO grip/lighting truck) or with our equipment (grip, lighting, cameras, switching, etc.)
  • Conveniently located in eastern Silicon Valley; our clients come from places like San Jose, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Sausalito, San Rafael, Marin County, etc. and take full advantage of the reverse-commute.  Of course, clients in our core area (Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Livermore) have virtually no commute at all.  The Oakland - Hayward - Fremont corridor is also a convenient drive.

Stage Rental Rates

The soundstage is available for rent, either raw or equipped, with or without Control Room, and with or without crew as needed. Please contact us to discuss the scope of your project for a quote.

At LMA, we strive to be a very easy stage to rent, and the most productive place to get your work done.  We prefer to approach basic stage rental as a package, rather than confusing the process with a lot of line items.  That way, you know what the stage budget will be without unnecessary surprises.

"Dry" Stage (stage space, but no equipment):

All of our "dry" rentals include all the conveniences that a facility needs to provide for any serious production.  Some studios charge extra for these items, but they are always included in your rental price at LMA.
  • 3,000 square foot studio with ground-level access
  • 16.5 Feet to Lighting Grid
  • Whisper Quiet Air Conditioning
  • 75' 2 Wall Cyclorama (great for green screen)
  • 1200 Amp 3 Phase Power (no meter or circuit charges)
  • 5-line Telephones sets and local/long distance (US) phone calls
  • FAX machine, copier and laser printers
  • Kitchenette
  • Large V/O room which can also serve as Makeup room
  • WiFi Internet Connection
  • Free Parking on Site
Lighting and Grip Equipment

We stock all the equipment you will need to light most sets and green screen scenes.  Or, you may bring your own.  Our Television Stage web page has drawings, pictures and more detail.

Sets and Props

We have accumulated an abundance of scenery items during our 17 years of operation.  Backdrops, pillars, props, set pieces, etc. We may be able to provide exactly what you need from our inventory, so please feel free to ask.

Other Services

LMA can provide virtually any production equipment you can imagine from our on-site inventory (or through our network of dedicated suppliers). Please let us know if you have specific requirements not listed, and we can provide you a turnkey solution.
